Blåsen, 2017
Between Majorstuen and St. Hanshaugen in Oslo there is a small mountain top called Blåsen. The place has been used as a retreat from the busy city life for over 100 years. In the early 20th century, there was a desire to prepare buildings on Blåsen, but with large protests from the population in the local community, the project was closed down.
In this fictional project, the highest point of Blåsen remains untouched, as
a greenhouse has been placed along Blåsen's mountain wall.
The greenhouse's purpose is to give the local population an opportunity to retreat from the busy city life to engage in cultivation or reflect in soothing surroundings on the greenhouse's roof level.
